Academics
This year I am a senior at Albion. I am working toward a degree in Secondary Education, with an English major and Political Science minor. As a member of the Gerald R. Ford Institute, I also have a concentration in Public Policy and Service, and as a student of the Prentiss M. Brown Honors Institute, I have written a thesis to complete my Honors requirements. My thesis was entitled Educators' Roles in Child Abuse Intervention: A Comprehensive Look at Child Abuse and Its Related Policies and Effects.
I appreciate Albion's academic environment because of the small class sizes and the way in which the professors challenge thought and inquiry. Through many of my classes, I have grown excessively in the way in which I see the world.
